Can you put up the first three months of the WA programme please

There seems to be a backlog or lack of effort by firearms licensing to process additions or applications for guns. I have an application in for an additional gun and rang licensing,got an answer on the fifth try. I was told that it would be at least 4 weeks. Aust post have an agreement that they get the application to them within 21 working days. We could get a new firearm licensed in Kalgoorlie twice a week when the officer at the station did it. What have other people been experiencing ?
